If after setting up your account and completing the required offer you experience a delay in the completed offer being recognised, this may be due to browser settings disabling tracking of your offer. If you experience a delay of more than 5 days, you can contact freebiejeebies support here, or by logging into your account, then clicking contact us, and selecting 'consoles.freebiejeebies' as the department you wish to contact. Then describe that you have completed an offer and are experiencing a delay in it being recognised. With me, I had completed the jackpotjoy offer but my freebiejeebies account status didn't show that I had completed this offer, so I contacted support, they then manually chased up the provider of the offer I had completed to receive confirmation. The offer status in my freebiejeebies account showed as 'completed' shortly after contacting support.
